Beta status and scope
These Platform Terms describe the rules for use of the CasaOS software platform. They apply to each authorized user who affirmatively accepts the version presented in CasaOS. An organization administrator’s authority to invite users, assign roles, or provide organization information is separate from each user’s own acceptance. A separate service-provider addendum applies only to a person or business accepted as an independent service provider. It does not apply to employees or staff.
Platform role
CasaOS provides software for participating organizations to coordinate properties, reservations, service work, documentation, communications, and related operational records. The participating organization remains responsible for its properties, personnel, service engagements, guest communications, and information it supplies. CasaOS does not own or operate a listed property merely because its software is used.
Accounts and organization authority
- Use CasaOS only through an account or invitation issued for you or your organization.
- Keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
- An organization administrator represents that it has authority to invite users, assign roles, and provide the organization’s property, reservation, guest, and provider information to CasaOS.
- Use only the access granted to you. Do not attempt to access another organization’s data or bypass role, property, or task restrictions.
Acceptable use and sensitive operations
- Use the platform lawfully and do not submit misleading, fraudulent, infringing, discriminatory, harassing, or harmful material.
- Use property addresses, access credentials, reservation details, guest information, photos, and service documentation only for the authorized operational purpose.
- Do not share door codes, keys, alarm details, payment information, or guest data with unauthorized people.
- Do not use CasaOS records to solicit guests or for unrelated marketing.
- Do not interfere with platform security, upload malware, or attempt to reverse engineer or overload the service.
Operational records and third parties
CasaOS may maintain task, acceptance, completion, message, audit, and payment-related records for operational, security, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. A record in CasaOS may reflect information supplied by a participating organization or user and is not a warranty that the information is complete or accurate.
Some features use third-party services, including services selected by the participating organization. Payment processing, identity verification, messaging, and property-management integrations are subject to the applicable third party’s terms as well as these Platform Terms.
Content and feedback
You keep any rights you have in content you submit. You give CasaOS a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only to operate, secure, improve, and support the platform for the authorized organization. Do not submit content unless you have the rights and authority to do so.
If you provide feedback, you allow CasaOS to use it without restriction or compensation.
Payments and service engagements
A payment or service engagement may be governed by its own disclosed terms, accepted scope, and applicable provider or operator agreement. CasaOS does not promise that a third party will perform, pay for, or accept a service unless an express written agreement says otherwise. Taxes, refunds, cancellations, payment timing, and disputes are governed by the applicable transaction terms and law.
Suspension, termination, and changes
CasaOS may restrict or suspend access to protect the platform, users, properties, guests, or records; to address suspected fraud, security misuse, or material breach; or when an authorized organization withdraws access. Ending access does not erase obligations or records that must be retained.
CasaOS may update these Terms. A material update will identify a new version and may require affirmative acceptance before continued use of affected features.
Disclaimers and legal effect
The beta platform is provided on an as-available basis. Availability, data accuracy, third-party services, property conditions, service outcomes, and payment performance are not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
Governing-law, dispute-resolution, and arbitration provisions will be presented only in a future version after the responsible legal entity and applicable terms are finalized.
Privacy
CasaOS’s Privacy Policy explains the information processed through the platform and is incorporated by reference when a user accepts these Terms.
